How many guests can attend a wedding at Kaimea Estates?
Kaimea Estates is best suited to ceremonies and receptions of up to 60 guests. It's an intimate estate rather than a ballroom venue.
What's included with the wedding venue rental?
Exclusive access to the estate's outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, the bridal suite, a fully equipped catering kitchen, a premium Bluetooth speaker system, tables and chairs, decorative string lighting, and professional event staff on-site.
Can we bring our own caterer, photographer, and florist?
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome, and the venue can also introduce you to trusted local caterers, photographers, florists, and officiants.
Can we have a DJ or live band?
The estate is in a residential neighborhood and follows community sound guidelines that limit large PA systems and outdoor DJs. Couples stream their own playlist through the venue's premium Bluetooth speaker system instead.
Is catering provided?
No. There's no in-house catering team, so you can hire the caterer you want. A fully equipped kitchen is available for them to use.
How far in advance should we book our wedding?
Weekend evenings and peak-season dates book early, so we recommend inquiring 9–12 months ahead of your wedding date.
